  TeamPoint Systems, Inc. Launches Value Added Reseller Program

GREENVILLE, SC - JANUARY 25, 2006 - TeamPoint Systems, Inc., - a leading provider of web-based collaboration software - announced the launch of its value added reseller (VAR) program for its DayPoint suite of products.

The DayPoint VAR program allows resellers of business software solutions to offer their clients an advanced, reliable team collaboration tool that will support and enhance organizations' ability to communicate, organize, collaborate and coordinate on meetings, tasks, ideas and information, making them more efficient and productive.

DayPoint's reseller program is segmented into three distinct levels:
  • Small Business Partners This segment includes consultants and businesses that have existing relationships with small businesses and provide accounting and technology products and services to their clients. These partners will primarily sell, implement and support DayPoint SE and DayPoint Access.
  • Gold Partners These partners are primarily consulting companies with a technology-focus that resell other software products and provide value-added services to their clients. These partners may resell all TeamPoint products - DayPoint Enterprise, DayPoint SE, and DayPoint Access - and will receive one DayPoint Enterprise subscription to resell, deploy internally or deploy as a branded ASP intranet/extranet offering the VAR hosts.
  • Platinum Partners This segment consists of software publishers and custom developers who will private label DayPoint Enterprise and DayPoint SE.
Partners in all levels will receive full sales and technical support from TeamPoint's dedicated VAR team, including a dedicated VAR portal, product collateral and assigned sales and support representatives.
