Account Manager, Inside Sales

Location: Greenville, SC
Summary: If you have a successful track record of managing the sales process, from lead development to close, TeamPoint wants to talk with you about this exciting role selling DayPoint licenses and hosted services, reporting to the Director of Sales. In this role, you have wide latitude in defining your target industries and developing opportunities. You must be able to work with little supervision, but should expect unending support from TeamPoint's management. You will also have the opportunity for input into TeamPoint's strategic direction for both products and markets.
Responsibilities: As a key member of TeamPoint's sales team, you will:
- Develop and close sales opportunities for TeamPoint's licensed products (DayPoint Enterprise and DayPoint SE) and hosted services (DayPoint Access)
- Effectively qualify leads to determine the optimum solution for each lead's specific situation
- Up sell current customers
- Meet established sales goals
- Develop a proficiency in DayPoint Enterprise and an understanding how the needs of all potential customers could be met with DayPoint
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years inside sales experience
- Proven record qualifying prospects, effectively following up leads and closing business, ideally selling software solutions
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in business or marketing
- Great written and oral communications skills
- Strong initiative and desire to have a high impact in a growing organization
- Experience with CRM or SFA applications (ACT!, salesforce.com, Onyx, etc.)
- A layman's understanding of Internet technologies
Customer Technical Support Analyst

Location: Greenville, SC
Summary: The foundation of TeamPoint's business is providing applications that work for our customers. When a customer experiences a problem with our applications, we must move quickly and effectively to solve that problem and allow the customer to return to running his business. TeamPoint Tech Support leads problem resolution for our supported customers, engaging other resources within the company to define, troubleshoot, solve and document the resolution of customer inquiries. Primary method of customer engagement is email and telephone.
Responsibilities: As a Tech Support Analyst, you will be part of a vibrant team dedicated to serving TeamPoint's clients.
- Field incoming customer inquiries via email, TeamPoint's website and telephone
- Objectively document the details customer's request, your actions and the ultimate resolution
- Engage any TeamPoint resource (knowledge base, developers, sales) to address the customer's request
- Provide the customer a specific plan of action to address his request at the conclusion of each conversation
- Provide input to TeamPoint's product management team to identify potential new capabilities for TeamPoint's products
Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years experience in a technical support role
- A commitment to customer satisfaction
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- An Associates or Bachelors degree in a technical discipline
